Learning experiences are based in the scientifically and experientially grounded processes of Authentic Happiness Coaching, created by Martin E. P. Seligman, Ph.D., Fox Leadership Professor of Psychology, University of Pennsylvania. The teachings of MentorCoach founder, Ben Dean, Ph.D. and other leading luminaries in the field of Positive Psychology will also be applied.
