ServingSuccess and ServingSuccessTV are learning and media distribution portals committed to gathering, developing, producing and disseminating the most innovative inspirational information and personal development techniques.  It is the mission of SS and SSTV to create a 21st Century community of individuals who appreciate the value of investing in their own development and who understand that in so doing they will be serving the success of all the communities in which they live.

All are welcome – especially enlightened men – yet SS and SSTV are primarily designed to enrich the lives of professional women at all stages of their personal and professional development.  

Andrea T. Goeglein, Ph.D. is the driving force behind ServingSuccess and ServingSuccessTV.  She is an expert in the application of positive psychology to daily life and goal attainment.  As Dr. Success she invites you to think about your success while viewing and listening to the stories of others experiences, participating in exercises to guide your development, and learning about the latest research available to guide your journey to greater happiness and life success.

Guided by the principles of love, learning and prosperity the various inspirational learning experiences offered include teleclasses, teleseminars, video sharings, books and podcasts supported by in-person executive women’s groups and day-long inspirational gatherings.  

These offerings will provide the opportunity for community members to expand their working knowledge of their emotional intelligence and acquire techniques to enhance their personal happiness.  Learning experiences based in the scientifically and experientially grounded processes of Authentic Happiness Coaching created by Martin E. P. Seligman, Ph.D., Fox Leadership Professor of Psychology, University of Pennsylvania and MentorCoach founder, Ben Dean, Ph.D. and other leading luminaries in the field of Positive Psychology, will be applied.
